Where is my order?

How do I use the Cervionix?

Place it on a flat surface, lie back so the Y-shaped channel cradles your neck, and relax for 10 minutes. Start with 5 minutes if you're new to cervical traction. Use daily for best results. It's not a pillow — don't sleep on it overnight.
